GLP-1 Treatment Plans & What to Expect

Clear steps from first contact to ongoing care. Physician-guided tirzepatide with personalized titration — no one-size-fits-all protocols.

The process

1

Assessment or consult

Start with our short online assessment or reach out directly. We review your history, goals, and past weight-loss efforts so we know whether tirzepatide makes clinical sense.

  • Quick goals and health-history assessment online
  • Or call the team at (303) 862-4407
2

Physician review & approval

A licensed provider evaluates candidacy under the medical direction of Dr. Richard Rende, MD. We screen for contraindications, including a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2, and confirm treatment is appropriate.

  • Medical history and risk review
  • A clear answer on whether tirzepatide is right for you
  • Discussion of expectations and lifestyle foundations
3

Start at 2.5 mg

Approved patients begin at the introductory 2.5 mg once-weekly dose. You receive pre-filled syringes, alcohol swabs, supplies, and a detailed injection guide, with in-clinic pickup or shipping where available.

  • New patients: $149 for the first month
  • Step-by-step self-injection guidance
  • Support for questions as you start
4

Titration & ongoing support

Your dose is reassessed roughly every 4 weeks. Increases (5 mg → 7.5 mg → 10 mg → 12.5 mg → up to 15 mg) are based on response, tolerance, and goals. The aim is the lowest effective dose with continued clinical oversight.

  • Regular check-ins on progress and side effects
  • Dose adjustments as indicated
  • Guidance on protein, training, hydration, and habits that protect muscle and results

Important notes

Tirzepatide is only prescribed when clinically indicated after a medical evaluation.

Results vary. Nutrition (especially adequate protein), resistance training, sleep, and stress management strongly influence how much weight is lost and how much muscle is preserved.

Common side effects are mostly gastrointestinal and often improve with time and careful titration. Report any concerning symptoms promptly.

If you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2, a history of pancreatitis, or are pregnant or planning pregnancy, tirzepatide may not be appropriate. Screening happens before any prescription.

Our tirzepatide is a compounded medication prepared by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Learn more
