Pricing questions
What does the $149 first month include?
The new-patient rate covers your first month at the 2.5 mg starter dose, including supplies and your injection guide. After that, monthly pricing follows your prescribed dose. We’ll confirm exactly what’s included before you start.
Do I have to increase my dose every 4 weeks?
No. Increases are based on how you’re responding and tolerating treatment. Some patients stay at a dose longer if it’s working well or if side effects need more time to settle.
What if I don’t tolerate a higher dose?
Your provider can hold or reduce your dose. The goal is the lowest effective dose that produces progress with acceptable tolerability, not the maximum dose at any cost.
Can I pause or stop treatment?
Talk with the team first so we can plan a safe transition and discuss maintenance. We’ll review the terms with you before you start.
Is tirzepatide covered by insurance?
Our program is typically self-pay. Insurance coverage for weight-loss medications varies widely, and compounded medications are generally not covered. Bring any questions to your consult.
